The report itself has since been taken down due to the backlash it rightfully received. The study concluded that Children and Young People seek out Pornography for many reasons. It can provides answers to questions about Puberty and/or Sexual Identity. UNICEF's study said that we should consider all the varied reasons why a Child or Young Adult would want to seek out Pornography online.
UNICEF had the balls to say that any effort to block Children from accessing it online might infringe upon their Human Rights, and that by asking for Age-Verification to access it may deny Children "Vital Sexuality Education".
Can we all just ask What The Fuck?
