Ramblings of a Poetic Soul

In a recent email exchange with someone whom I had written an email to back in 2011/2012, she questioned (?) whether I was potential Trickster or Not. Based on 2 things. Grammatically it was short in content/structure with misspellings/missing words in it. 

And ready???....*gasp* 
I used the word Darlin multiple times, whereas in the original one I hadn't.

"No body does that....it's Off Putting....Normal People don't talk like that...I wasn't going to reply....Blah Blah Blah"

Really Now?...No Seriously Really???

Now I'll give that maybe a person isn't used to that word, but to place it in a derogatory category is stupid. It wasn't a Racist, Derogatory, Hurtful, Demeaning, Threatening, etc word.

As that says above it's something that Southerns do. And this country has a section called The South in which the people in that section speak with an accent and use they're own slang words. That holds  true also for the Northern States, Eastern, Mid West and West Coast states.

 Now do I Always use the word "Darlin" NOPE, do I sometimes YEP, is it EVER used in a Harmful/Insulting/etc way HELL NO

 

I've thought about this part since the email also...Humm thinking I might be a Trickster? Based upon asking questions on topics she's versed in?  The use of a Slang word?
